The building itself is quite impressive, with a beautiful central atrium.
Upon arrival, I was given a room with a terrible smell, which was unacceptable. The air conditioning didn't work at all, turning my stay into a sweaty ordeal. the reception staff was quite unhelpful and even dismissive when I brought these issues up, making my experience frustrating and far from relaxing.

I loved the super comfy bed and the delicious breakfast options, especially the fresh pastries! The spa was fantastic, with a lovely massage room and a chill steam room to unwind in. Just a heads up, the bathroom water pressure could be better, but it didn’t ruin my experience! 😊
